Glass fiber

　　Alkali-resistant Glass fiberis major material that can be used in Glass fiber Reinforced Concrete (GRC/GFRC), it is 100 % inorganic material. It is also ideal replacement of steel and asbestos in unloaded cement component part. It is a new type green Environmental Protection reinforced material.

　 1.TheAlkali-resistant glassis itself alkali-resistance. It does not depend on any coating.
　2.Fine individual filaments: a very large number of fibers are released when mixed in the concrete and the filaments do not protrude from the surface and be invisible when the concrete surface weathers
　3.Have a high tensile strength to withstand stresses during shrinkage
　4.Have a high modulus of elasticity to absorb shrinkage stresses before the concrete cracks.
　5.Have a superior bond (mineral/mineral interface) with the concrete
　6.Present no health hazards.
　7.AR glass fibersreinforce both plastic and hardened concrete

Applications: AR glass fiberchopped strand is mainly designed for premixing with other materials and the resulting
mix formed by vibration casting or other process into a moulded GRC /GFRC component. It is usually be used in producing standard GRC/GFRC components such as drainage channels, wall cladding panels or in architectural applications such as decorative screen walling.

2.Alkali-resistant Glass fiber spayed roving

AR-glass fibersprayed roving is widely used in the manufacture of GRC/GFRC architectural panels and other building elements, civil engineering and infrastructure components by manual spray method
This roving is fed into a chopper gun which cuts the fibers to a specific length as they are mixed with the concrete as it is sprayed.

Alkali-resistant Glass fiber Package: 18kg/rolls, 48/64 rolls per pallet; 20 pallets in one 20' FCL. Storage: Should be stored dry in their original packaging, the best conditions being at a temperature of between 15 ℃-35℃ and at a relative humidity between 35%~65%.
